Grand Opening & launch sale terms

1. Grand Opening (2–15 November 2026)

From 00:00 on 2 November 2026 to 23:59 on 15 November 2026 (South African time), or while stock lasts: selected Grand Opening specials and bundles are sold at the Grand Opening price shown on each item.

2. Code GRANDOPEN – free delivery

Enter GRANDOPEN at checkout from 2 to 15 November 2026 for free PUDO locker or PEP PAXI delivery on orders of R699 or more and free door delivery on orders of R999 or more (worked out after discounts). It gives free delivery only – no money off the items. Heavy/bulky parcels and local delivery follow their own fees. Cannot be combined with a Traders Playground voucher. Not exchangeable for cash.

2a. “Checked against the shelves”

Before launch we checked shelf prices at national discount stores for 1,393 of our products. On 1,361 of them (97%) our launch price is at least R0.50 lower. Not every product was checked, a few checked items are not cheaper, and shop prices change, so we can’t promise every item beats every shop. Checked October 2026.

3. Launch sale (until 13 January 2027)

Every other product shows a launch-sale price and, beside it, the normal price from 14 January 2027 – the price we will charge once the sale ends. The percentage shown is the saving against that normal price. All prices include VAT.

4. Delivery

Flat delivery fees as shown at checkout. During the Grand Opening (2–15 Nov 2026) PUDO locker and PEP PAXI delivery is free over R699 and door delivery over R999 with code GRANDOPEN, worked out after discounts. See Delivery.

5. Bundles and bulk

Bundle prices are for the whole pack as listed. Bulk tier prices for schools, crèches and businesses apply to normal prices after the sale and are not combined with sale prices.

6. Mistakes

If a price is obviously wrong we may cancel and refund. Your rights under the CPA and ECTA are not affected.
