About Traders Playground
We’re a small, family-run South African business in Cape Town. We started Traders Playground to make it easy for busy families, teachers and crèche owners to get toys, party supplies, stationery, homeware and gifts at fair prices – in one order, from one seller, with real people to talk to.
What we care about
- Fair, clear prices – every price includes VAT and delivery fees are shown before you pay.
- Honest delivery dates – made to order and dispatched within 5 working days; we tell you the date up front and WhatsApp you when it’s on its way.
- Careful packing – each order is picked, checked and packed for you.
- Real people – WhatsApp or email us and a real person from our team answers.
- No-fuss returns – 7-day cooling-off and 6-month defect returns, refunded to your original payment method.
Who we serve
Parents and grandparents shopping for birthdays, Christmas and back to school; teachers and schools buying classroom supplies; crèches and day-care centres; and small businesses that need party and everyday stock.
