When your order ships: every order is made to order and dispatched within 5 working days after your payment clears (big school-list or bulk orders can take longer, and we will tell you). Delivery time is added after that. Christmas: Order by Wed 9 December 2026 for delivery before Christmas (main centres). After that, choose click & collect. Orders from 18 December may only ship from Mon 4 January 2027. Our delivery fees are flat and cover the real courier, packaging and driving cost – no hidden extras and no card surcharge. Grand Opening free-delivery amounts are worked out after any discount code and don’t apply to orders that use store credit, vouchers or reward codes (the normal delivery fee applies). Parcels larger than a medium locker (60×41×19 cm, 10 kg) go door-to-door.

Delivered on our next local round, 1–3 working days after your order ships – we WhatsApp you the day before. Minimum order R150. Fees include VAT. Free-delivery amounts are worked out after any discount. Suburb not covered yet? Choose PUDO locker (R89) or door courier (R155) – or WhatsApp us, we are adding areas.

Made to order
Made to order – dispatched within 5 working days after your payment clears, then 1–3 working days by our own local delivery (selected Cape Town areas), 2–4 to a PUDO locker, 7–9 to a PEP PAXI point or 2–5 to your door.
Grand Opening: Our first Grand Opening orders ship from Mon 9 November 2026, and every order placed 2–8 November is dispatched by Thu 12 November. After that, every order is dispatched within 5 working days of payment.
Year-end: Orders placed from Fri 18 December 2026 may only ship from Mon 4 January 2027 (all by Thu 7 January).
Back to school: School lists: order by Sun 3 January to have them before schools open on Wed 13 January.
Payment: Until card payments go live, pay by EFT / bank transfer: our bank details are shown on the order confirmation page and in your order email. Use your order number as the reference. We dispatch once the money reflects in our account (not on proof of payment). Unpaid orders are cancelled after 48 hours. Card and Instant EFT through PayFast are coming soon.
If an item is unavailable we WhatsApp you within 1 working day to offer a swap or a full refund of that item; the rest of your order ships as planned.
Why does it take up to 5 working days?
We’re a small Cape Town family business. Each order is picked, checked and packed for you, and dispatched within 5 working days. If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll offer a swap or a full refund. You always see the dispatch time before you pay, and you can cancel within 7 days of delivery (ECTA s44).
If we cannot dispatch within 30 days we refund you in full (ECTA s46). Check goods on receipt and report any delivery damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.
