How long until my order ships?
Every order is made to order and dispatched within 5 working days after your payment clears. Each order is picked, checked and packed for you. You’ll see the expected dates before you pay.
What delivery options do you have?
PUDO locker R89 (2–4 working days after dispatch), PEP PAXI point R65 for small parcels (7–9 working days after dispatch), door-to-door courier R155, local delivery in selected Cape Town areas from R35, or collection in Cape Town (free on orders of R300+ (R5 below)). During the Grand Opening (2–15 Nov) locker and PAXI delivery is free over R699 and door delivery over R999. See Delivery.
How do I pay? Is it safe?
For now you pay by EFT / bank transfer into our business account – the bank details are shown after you place your order and in your order email (never ask anyone else for them). Card and Instant EFT through PayFast are coming soon. This site is SSL-encrypted. All prices include VAT.
What if an item becomes unavailable?
We’ll WhatsApp you within 1 working day to offer a swap or a full refund for that item. The rest of your order ships as planned.
Can I return something?
Yes. You can cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery (ECTA cooling-off), and return defective goods within 6 months for a repair, replacement or refund (CPA). Refunds go to your original payment method. See Returns & refunds.
How do I track my order?
We email and WhatsApp you when your order ships, with the PUDO, PAXI or courier tracking number. See Track my order.
Do you supply schools and crèches?
Yes. Send us your school list, or email sales@tradersplayground.co.za for bulk quotes and invoices.
Are the reviews real?
Yes. Only customers who bought an item can review it, and we publish good and bad reviews. We never show made-up ratings or sales numbers.
